is being discussed that is supposed to deal with this problem and expand
an adequate health insurance step-by-step to all groups of the population.
While the medical infrastructure outside the cities in some areas consists
of only a pharmacy, health services in big cities are more easily to
obtain. Some private or university hospitals offer excellent care.
